Kimberly Musial

Kimberly Musial, ERYT, Owner of the Yoga Hive for an all levels class that combines elements of power vinyasa yoga and yoga as therapy. Students should be in good physical health, but modifications and intensification for both new and experienced yogis will be offered. She has been studying with Baron Baptiste, Tiffany Cruikshank and her yoga therapy teacher Doug Keller for ten years. Kimberly offers both weekly public classes and private instruction to clients dealing with pain management, recovering from surgery, cancer or are pre/post physical therapy.

 
 

Laura Staumm

Laura started practicing yoga eleven years ago, but it wasn’t until she moved to Pittsburgh in 2012 that yoga became the central, grounding force in my life. She completed her 200-hour training with YogaWorks in 2013 and has since studied Ashtanga Yoga with David Keil. Her approach to the practice is informed by functional anatomy, and she seeks to provide adjustments unique to each student’s body. Laura’s classes are primarily alignment-based Vinyasa, drawing heavily from my personal practice of Ashtanga. She does, however, appreciate the need for some yin alongside the yang of a strength-based practice, and she loves to share the peaceful power of Yin Yoga.

Kristen Kolenda

Kristen has been teaching yoga for almost 10 years and is in training to become a Certified Yoga Therapist.  She enjoys teaching groups and private clients while helping them to bring their body into balance.  Her therapeutic yoga classes are relaxed with a focus on mindfulness, body awareness and feeling good.  Kristen enjoys the challenge of making her class accessible for everyone.
